The Daily Dozens Program was designed by fitness expert Kimberly Powley. After suffering setbacks for nearly a decade, Kimberly created a program she believes holds the key to a healthy body, and a happy mind.
Yoga
Yoga has always been a passion of mine. My first training began in 2016, since then I’ve received various certifications in Aerial Yoga, Children and Family Yoga, and even 2, 200 HR training’s, one Iyengar based, and one Hatha/Ashtanga based in Goa, India as you see above. I plan to get certifications in prenatal and postnatal yoga, and even yoga for trauma.
Personal Trainer Specialist
As a lifelong athlete, fitness has been a vital factor in my career as a performer, entertainer, educator and athlete. I have a certification in Personal Training – specializing in postural, movement, and assessments. I nerd out over continuing education, and am always on the lookout for another to keep my list growing .
Dance
I have over 20 years experience, beginning my dance journey in the studio at age 3. I have trained in a variety of styles: contemporary ballet, jazz, modern, tap, and much more. I attended a performing arts high school in San Francisco for dance, and have received a BA in Dance, with a concentration in choreography, and performance at the University of Calgary in Alberta, Canada.
